The ranch has been open to guests since 1999. We are honored to have wonderful return-guests who have made Cottontail Creek Ranch their yearly tradition.

Our 2008 rates
(subject to change) based on 1-10 guest visit are as follows:

Fall/Winter/Spring - September thru June 15
Weekly .............$6250.00
2 night min........$1195/night
3 night min........$1095.00/night
Holiday .............$1195.00/night (3-7 nights)
Holiday Weekly...$6450.00 (Thanksgiving 2008 Booked)

Summer - June thru Sept
Weekly .............$6250.00

July 4th week.....$6450.00 2008 (Great parade and fireworks in town)

Please add on the following: 9% county bed tax + a refundable $500 security deposit and a $200 refundable cleaning deposit. All rates are based on a 10 guest visit (extra guest charge of $35/guest/night with a max. of 20 guests. Children are counted as guests.

1/2 base rent is due upon booking the ranch. Payment may be made in the form of check or money order made out to Cottontail Creek Ranch. The Full balance including county bed tax, any applicable extra guest charges and security and cleaning deposits is due 30 days prior to arrival.
